Kansas City's Dominican Summer League affiliate also won its championship earlier in September.

Lexington won its league title in walk-off fashion after Reed Rohlman hit a game-winning, two-run home run in the bottom of the 13th inning of Game 4 against Hickory. Wilmington, meanwhile, staved off elimination five times en route to winning its first title in 20 years.
